I mean he just hit a grand slam to take the lead in a conference weekend game, he has the right to be excited. I’d bet you Mizzou was barking at them during that game as well. I don’t see a problem.

And I hate to break it to you but Dylan Crews did the exact same 360 as he was rounding first base when he hit his HR last night.

You are probably rationally right. I just don’t like Tennessee and I see them with an in-law lense.

The game of baseball has a way of humbling everyone during a long season. Historically, teams that act like this way will struggle and I hope it is in post season.....
It would be sweet if Tenn. doesn't make it back to Omaha.

Exactly. Crazy things happen in Omaha, no matter how good you play before you get there. They've been there but they've never won it.

We literally have the #1 hitting and pitching statistical metrics in all of D1 baseball. It’s absurd how good we are playing currently. Hope it lasts

Tennessee this year reminds me of Florida in 2017 but even better. Florida lost to Tennessee and was swept by Aubie but they were head and shoulders better than the rest of the country.
When we faced them in Omaha no realistic LSU fan thought we had a chance.

But it's baseball.

UTenn is having an historic season. I don't really track (or care) if their coach is a horses rear. But they swept both OM and Vandy on the road and TBH the games weren't that close.

They are just playing on a different level than everybody else right now.

I don’t like them. But I didn’t like them the same before they were 30-1. But I certainly recognize how great the have been this year. See the thread title.

Good thing LSU doesn’t face Tennessee in the regular season. Could oppose them in the conference tournament.

I hope the Vols are peaking too soon.

While I would typically agree with what you are saying Mizzou was acting like that too. So I can’t fault Tenn for acting the same way.

The beauty of CWS and Supers is it only takes a bad stretch and the GOAT team can be sitting at home. One injury can change the dynamic of a team as well.

Happened to Arkansas just last year. Beat the brakes off of NCState 21-1 in game 1 and bingo bango, faced 2 young junk pitchers in games 2/3 who made us look like a 4A high school. You just never know.
