This is on our list as well. We're doing Knoxville for the 2026 season.

Kentucky Horse Park would be on my list also. My favorite horse of all time, John Henry, is buried there.

We did the game, Keenland, and Cincinnati in that trip. Did the Bourbon trail last summer. Just realize that many of the distilleries are an hour from each other, so it is hard to hit several in a day. Also, the barrel making tour was a good add to our trip as well.

We are probably going back, but as people on here have said; the game was horrible and their fans were really obnoxious for not having won anything in football ever. First stadium I have ever had a confrontation with an opposing fan because LSU's tickets stuck us in the middle of their fans. Bunch of fat fxxks.

We flew in to Louisville on Breeze out of NOLA and traveled and drove everywhere.

I like the Lexington trip, but their fans don't get enough credit for how bad they suck.

In 2021, that Friday and Saturday night I stayed in Lexington at some cheap Red Roof Inn.

Went to Tin Roof Friday night and had a blast. On game day, before and after the game, we went to their version of Walk Ons. It’s called KSBar and Grille. It was awesome and the owner, Matt Jones, is actually friends with the owner of Walk Ons, Brandon, and got his blessing to basically copy the layout, atmosphere, etc. it was a great time.

I stayed in Cincinnati on Sunday night since I went to the Bengals game. There is a huge pedestrian bridge that allows fans to cross the river to get to the stadium from hotels on the opposite side.

For 2026, I’m staying at a little nicer hotel in Lexington. It’s a Best Western.

You will need to reserve a time and day for the Woodford distillery tour

Same at Buffalo Trace and a better tour IMO than Woodford which seemed more “corporate”.

Tiger fan here who lives across the street from Jim Beam distillery. The entire bourbon trail is beautiful in October. Will be a great weekend!
