Starting the morning off frying some backstrap.
Smoking some beef ribs for the game.
Sipping some peerless double oak and then finishing up with stagg jr or weller full proof

Deer back strap and deer sausage and Pendleton Midnight. I really like the taste of that Pendleton midnight finished in a Brandy barrel.

Picanha rubbed with truffle compound butter roasted to 125 then seared. Fat layer that melts in your mouth.

I like Woodford Double Oaked. But, the Double Double is too expensive. I like Jack Daniel’s Heritage Barrel right now.
