We don’t have any game breakers on offense.

Harris is a great receiver but more of a possession guy. He is not going to run away from SEC defenders.
Green is an elite, freak TE but he’ll never bust a 70 yarder.
Jones is a really good back but he isn’t running away from anybody.

None of this is the reason we lost today - just something I’ve been thinking about the offense as I’ve watched the past few weeks.

I think we will return most of our production and it could end tops in SEC. Need to translate it to more points and conversions on critical downs.

We had a wr go for like 166, and a te almost go for 100, and a rb have 92 total yds. Some of our fans are dumbasses. Our qb shite his pants on 3 drives, a wr dropped an easy first down on the 4 yd line, and oc called a lazy 3rd and direct snap to rb for the 4th time and bama keyed off on it, and it lost us the damn game.

We lose best wr, te, lt, c, rg, on offense. The qb and rb are back.. beyond that the offense is a complete guess. I guess thats better then last yr where we replaced everyone except green and Moore.

Oline is gonna suck

Did you see where I wrote that none of this is the reason we lost today?

Elite teams generally have a WR or RB who can house it on any play. We don’t have that guy. Berry might be that guy but he hasn’t earned enough playing time.

So in other words, we sucked, again.

seems like one of the least talented groups of wrs. And I miss the days of LSU having stud rbs.

Berry is not that guy. He has WAY too many carries for losses.

Jones is a solid 3 yard back. Hes not athletic enough to break a big play. God blesses us with different skills

That’s fair. No one in the country is as good as green though. The TE shouldn’t be the focal point of our offense anyway.

Even T Green goes down immediately when hit. No Yac.

Green is protecting his legs and getting ready for the NFL. He is doing the minimum to protect his health. He is Harold Perkins on offense
