At Rutgers it's not about the ceiling, it's about the floor. If BKs floor there isn't wins, it's a no brainer if he's in their budget. Would BK be more motivated to try to use the gig as a springboard to a bigger program, or would he coast into retirement.
one thing people never talk about with these coaches that will make the same money if they coach or not is how it affects their retirement plans. Would BK increase his overall retirement with 5 years in the NJ program? IDK
