This! I never thought that I would come to despise LSU fans and Saints fans…….and I have been both my entire life.

Could Nuss run 35 yards if you gave him all day? Probably not without limping badly, lol

The only thing Nuss is running 35 yards for is a Twinkie.

Crazy people are really trying to defend Nuss.

I've actually been on his side with some of the hate we've seen towards him being ridiculous, but he's been terrible this year. People pointing towards his completion percentage as some kind of win for Nuss aren't telling the whole story.

Only idiots take the QB with a 1% better completion percentage, whos a 5th year senior with more turnovers than TDs.

But hey man, you do you

Pathetic stats for a heisman hopeful who didn’t train this offseason.

Momentum plays matter and he could never show up when it mattered. His stats as bad as they are, still deceive how much worse he made the team around him

He’s been a massive disappointment. Injuries are a factor for sure. But MVB stats show he’s similar to a massive disappointment.

Some people are so far behind in the race they think they’re winning it.

MVB was anything but a disappointment today

Ok, he had a day that was a little worse passing than an average Nuss outing. You said those by Nuss were disappointing but they are anything but disappointing for MVB. I’m just curious how you’re getting there.

MVB is 38/57 which is 66% . Nuss is 194/288 which is 67% but Nuss needed to go 18/21 the week before. Without that, Nuss would have a 66% completion percentage. But hey, keep being a dumb arse!

Anybody who is arguing MVB is better than Nussmeier after how dogshit he was against the 123rd ranked defense should never be taken serious in football discussions again

Also keep in mind MVP is in his second season. Plenty of QBs are developing and playing in their third and fourth years in a system

3 turnovers given to them by the defense, results in 9 points. 2 games in a row. Offense sucks. Both QB’s suck and are not SEC quality.

If you want to die on the stats only hill that’s your prerogative.

Look around the board and you’ll be hard pressed to find anything who would agree this was “worse than the average Nuss outing”. He (1) made throws Nuss has been incapable of making and (2) willed drives to continue which guess what, isn’t going to show up on the stat sheet. Converting on specific drives and points in the game is important and Nuss is legitimately bad at that

Nussmeier and Weeks stay hurt. More than any players I’ve ever seen wearing an LSU uniform.
