So many third down conversions, I think all were at least 5 yards to go.
There's been good pressure without sending many but Chambliss keeps getting away.

The accuracy difference between Leavitt and Chambliss is huge. One guy doesn't make mistakes and one you hold your breath.

His gameplan is awful. He’s rushing 3 and 4 who aren’t getting pressure with a soft zone behind it because he’s has no idea how to defend a mobile QB.

We played man and got beat in coverage on the previous 3rd down. We sent 6 and he beat that earlier in the drive. We had one 5 man pressure that worked and forced a throw-away.

We aren’t dropping 7 or 8 every play. At some point, someone has to beat their man and make a fricking play.

Same guy that elevated FAU and same guy that coached OM to the playoffs. Think!!

Incredible game. So far, they want it more than we do.

The Defense has been more disappointing than the offense to me.

Zero pressure and the DBs are getting absolutely fricking grilled. That first deep throw from Chambliss that was just a ball thrown up was the most comical coverage ive seen. Safety gets there late and is zero help, and Pickett is watching Chambliss and spins around to find the receiver once he realizes the ball is being thrown his way. By the time he spins and finds the receiver, the receiver is mid air catching the ball over him.

I think the defense has been in the right spots. Trinidad is just so much better than Sam and that’s been the difference

I haven't given up on this yet. If we can slow Chambliss down at all, this game is going to get a LOT closer fast. How we come out from half will make or break the game though because there isn't a lot of time left down 17

Yep, we score to get to 10 and actually get a stop or 2, we will be in business.

That’s fine around the 20 when it’s the last play before halftime

Just absolutely no one in the middle of the field is a fricking joke
we had a safety in position who was just watching Chambliss instead of doing his job.

Never would have imagined we’d play that bad.

Well...i'm not going to lie. I did see some concerns during the Clemson game. Then they showed up big time in the Tech game. The defense was always going to be challenged but I thought Blake would juat continue to run his defense. He's overthinking right now. And well Chambliss is Chambliss.

And Sam plays like he has no rhythm with this offense. Gets happy feet and tries to do too much. The offense has had MANY opportunities in this game. At most, this should've been a 24-21 ballgame getting the ball back at half. You take that every day. A lot of our issues on offense is us. We're shooting ourselves in the foot because Ole Miss's secondary has given us many gifts we refuse to take.

Gotta fight, scratch and claw our way back in. It starts with the first possession. Baker has to adjust the defense to put more pressure. The secondary is getting abused and needs some help. Woodland has to play better...period. Offensive line needs adjustments. Give me Harper, hell anyone else. I need to see what we got there because this isn't the best we got. Can't be.

Why is holding not called against the offensive linemen holding the defensive linemen? I know it goes both ways, but gee wiz...62 held 99!

The actual stat on their 2nd td drive was 3rd with an avg 11 to go and Chambliss was like 8/8

We brought in the best pass rusher in the country. There’s talent everywhere. They’re on pace for putting up over 50. This can not happen idk who their QB is

Not a bad call. Safety was more worried about the QB run than covering his assignment.

Can't get pressure when Chambliss is getting the ball out under 2 seconds each pass. We're getting beat before the snap. He knows exactly where to go. This is a 24 year old talented qb picking apart a college defense.
