I think the team was making sure they had a run game to go into Alabama game, that's all. Bama game has been a battle of run game for many years.
A bit too aggressive on the Punt Return...mistake made.
Two 4 & 1 with run plays that didn't turn out. Lots of other 3rd down conversions with a run...

I read LF's entire Twitter history...to before LSU. I am impressed. They guy was running through, over and around people in high school. WOW!

Not supporting the bad behaviour. But the reason I don't like Saban...is how evil Saban is to his players on the sidelne. I know Miles can give players a dose...but Saban down right berates his players....

Not saying that going for the TD was WRONG...just saying they needed a few more seconds to think about the play call and to make dang sure that EVERYONE on the team new the play call to get AJ into the endzone. As it was, those 4 plays ...

The thing that sucks the most here is the indecision. This is HIGHLY reminiscent of the JJ vs JLee controversy. Back and forth people went. JL in, no, go with JJ. JJ sucked, go with JL.
The problem is not rotating them often enough when one was off. I know, momentum, pacing, finding a grove, yada...

I don't think it was as lopsided as lots are making it out to be. It is so frustrating to watch a game that COULD and SHOULD have gone another way. MSU did dominate the 3rd, and defense was tanked in the 4th, but I think we stayed in the game most of the time and kept fighting.

Les will definately play Mett. You just have to look at his loyalty to JJ. In addition, Les clearly does not like change. Les would rather keep doing the same thing over expecting different results.
And I agree with the idea that Met will want to play if reasonably healthy.
