Bad tackling, poor special
Teams, bad 3rd down coverage at clutch times, poor OL line play, bad penalties….average WB play with costly TOs, playing not to win poor coaching and bad clock management….
Did I miss anything?

Bad special teams? It helps when they are allowed to block in the back.

I can't argue with the rest.

I could list 5 + game changing bad calls or non calls by the refs. That was terrible officiating

Well, we gave up a 77 yard run on the first play from the line of scrimmage, then they scored on the second play

Then they got a punt TD return

They got 2 turnovers from us. They had no turnovers

They seem to get every call to go their way. They were holding penalties that should’ve been called

Clearly we got screwed there at the end where they’re tight end moved and then yet they claim they got it time out called

Nothing goes well in Kentucky for LSU, never has. We’ve been beaten as the number one team in the country in triple overtime, if you recall

Amazing, we still won a national championship that year

We don’t have to worry about that with this team

We’re a good team, just not an elite team

It’s year one

If this was year three, I would be madder than hell

But we have to try to keep our expectations in check for this season. It’s a complete rebuild with 50 new players and a new coaching staff and a pretty tough schedule and a tough league

It is what it is. It’s college football

As a fan, I’m worn out with LSU not being relevant, but here we are again

From here I have zero expectations

The #1 rule of officiating football; you can’t miss a false start

They called the false start. Then they lied and said the timeout was called first when it clearly wasn’t.

Normally I hate blaming the refs. In this case, the replay guy said,”…I saw multiple questionable blocks on that punt return.”

Yes there are many things LSU should have done better, but that is the difference in this game.

And yes, I would love to see when Stein called the time out when his guy moved.
