Lack of talent

When LSU had dominant teams many of our players went to the NFL; we do not have very many of these types of players on this team. The only person on the offensive line who will play in the NFL is Seaton, but his run blocking is not that good. In my opinion, the only receiver that we have with outstanding ability is Green. We have one good back, and that is it.
The defensive line has some promising young players, but the only veteran that will see the field in the NFL is Prince U. Weeks might make the pros, but he is small. The secondary has a glaring weakness at one corner. The other guys have some potential. Leavitt is not an NFL quarterback at this point.

They are not elite by SEC standards. Sam is a big 12 QB, not an SEC qb.

In terms of receivers play wright when he’s back healthy no other wr we have playing rn moves like him he gives you a diff gear

Ross did absolutely nothing at Tennessee. Where was he last night? No chance. Moore plays hard, but he is nowhere near a top 100 pick.

Ross had 3 pressures. He wasn’t awesome but doesn’t take away from the fact that he’s talented. Moore will be one of the first two Centers drafted.

Maybe we should have spent the 45 mil or whatever it was on not getting a bunch of Big 12 transfers idk though

We don’t have elite talent at receiver/QB/running back. And we have some really good oline players but we also have some glaring weak points.
Most of our talent is on defense as well as our continuity which is why I think a lot of the frustration is with that side of the ball. Even though they are still a better unit than the offense

WR and QB sure, but coming into this season a lot of people were optimistic about the RB room.

As far as my being ignorant, I have an advanced college degree. Moore will not be drafted in the top 100, and Ross (obviously a favorite of yours) has had a dismal career.

The roster isn’t perfect & based on what it looked like post-coaching change, they did a hell of a job adding talent over a few week period
