I’d rather LSU move forward with the current staff. We have every coach we need and we’d generate a ton of fear in the SEC. Kelly was the problem and that has been addressed. But good luck convincing the stubborn fools here of that.

I personally don't think lane is coming to LSU, but that's not because he hasn't won anything. EdO never won anything... Saban and Les never won anything.

Exactly. I’m luke warm on Kiffin and don’t think he’s worth what we would have to pay him. Seems like there are probably coaches who are as good or better that can be had for less money.

I don’t know who the hell they might be, but I don’t get paid to figure that out either. Seems like the people who do get paid to figure that out are too lazy or scared to go after an up and comer. If the plan was always to just throw the most money at a big name, we didn’t need to fire Woodward. He’s awesome at that. Hell, I could do the job. But whatever.

Turning Ole Miss into a 10 win program is nothing short of impressive with little to no instate talent to build a program.

It’s a crap shoot no matter what.

But he’s got Ole Miss on the best run in their history of the school. You don’t do that by being a bad coach.

Most successful coach in Ole Miss history.

Second most. Vaught still holds the #1 spot.

At this point, it's more about the chase and the fun in landing him since the rest of the TV personalities basically hate the thought of him leaving to go to LSU. He is a good coach, but the situation is making him seem more accomplished than he actually is. He did get Ole Miss to a playoff though, so there is that.

I don’t have the exact stats but he’s like top 5 wins over the past few years.

I like what he’s doing most recently. That is most important to me.

They showed a stat yesterday that he was 30+ and 0 when leading at half by two scores or something. Give me that.

1) not your money
2) it’s an investment
3) Brock Purdy isn’t the best QB in the NFL either, it’s called a market
4) melt fig

11-1 at Ole Miss after putting 8 players i the NFal and returning like 4 starters and a new QB and he’s overrated?
