Stats show we didn’t give up much yardage wise. Was this a game lost based on bad decisions by the staff?

We didn't even need to punt, we got into Bama territory at will. But like always, the redzone/goal line offense goes to shite.

You’re probably going in to half 6-3 if you do.
Definitely would have felt much better.
But here’s the deal: if LSU was even marginally better at finishing drives, they’re undefeated.
THAT is the put that is the most irritating. No one has stopped our offense. We have called vanilla, cute, bizzare play calls AND/OR Sam has panicked in the redzone in all 3 losses.

Kiffin mixed up all the choices in this game.
You go for it on the missed long FG early and kick the sure FG on the next drive.
You go for 4th and 1/2 instead he goes for it on 4th and 10.
The final score looks far worse than what the game was and that is entirely on Kiffin.

Yes. Kicked a super long field goal that led immediately to a TD.
Went for it in the red zone instead of taking the points
Threw a pick in the red zone
Didn’t go for it on 4th and 1, took a delay of game, decided to go for it after that and didn’t convert.
