I let myself believe LSU was going to beat BAMA this year.

Think of it this way: Would you have actually been looking forward to the game if you had a strong feeling that LSU would loose? The hope is part of the excitement. Sucks that they lost, but life goes on (for most of us, at least. I'm sure some random Tiger fan will randomly die tonight).
