I'll start. OL
Pushed around all night, missed block assignments, downhill on passing plays, don't understand protection of QB, not opening holes for running back.....
SOFT,
We once again have no OL and evidently no OL coach

Sam isn’t going anywhere unless injured. Better cope with that now and just hope he develops, like guys needing experience tend to do.

Physicality on the los. Why is it not better? Maybe it’s just time. Idk.

Soft coverage by corners and safeties also need a true wide receiver

Chambliss had no pressure and all day to make his throws for most of the game.

Pj woodland may need to move to nickel and let Jackson slide outside opposite of Pickett.

Set it Off has to be retired. Can’t get dominated like that and play that song.

Lane needs a 1 on 1 with every coach to tell them they need to get tougher or their players will never improve toughness, physical and mental..
Maybe just sit O in the room with him ..
We were not mentally prepared or tough

LSU did bring the pressure but it was a little bit later in the game.

We ran for 172 yards last night. The OL doesn’t suck. Are they very inconsistent right now- yes. Are they last year’s OL- not even close. We may end up seeing 1 or 2 guys get beat out if they don’t improve. Davis came off the field for a bit last night in a key situation. But they will get better. It’s just a matter of how much better and what that curve looks like.

Baker is who he is. We're toast.

The guy carried a team to the playoffs 2 years ago. They had a great RB, but he played a massive role in how they finished that season and how they were able to hold their own against a better team in their playoff game.
I’ll be the first to say he doesn’t look like that guy right now coming off of injury and trying to run this offense. He was guessing and completely out of his depth for all but one drive of the first half. But he also showed a couple of flashes of his old self, like that scramble to keep a play alive and the long TD throw.
Do any of you watch a snap of football outside of LSU? It’s not like his tape from ASU is locked in a vault.

The WRs leave a lot to be desired. They don't seem like they're being coached up well. Far too often they give up on plays, run the wrong route or don't catch the ball.

Secondary is the top 3 on this list by itself. Soft coverage, bad angles, missed tackles. For a unit that was supposed to be a strength, they were terrible last night overall

Sam seeing ghosts all night makes the offensive line seem way worse than it is. A serviceable pocket was created several times for Sam to bail. But yes the Oline needs improvement. The wide receivers have trouble with contested catches. We have only 1RB. Defensively we played passive for whatever reason. Explain that? Did Kiffin go in at halftime and tell Baker go for broke and attack.

He showed a lot when he put his body on the line and went flipping through the air. I like Sam a lot and I think that once he gets the passing thing down he is going to take this team to another level.
