2008 Bama was 3-4 TDs better than LSU

Not sure it’s worth bragging beating Jarrett Lee who threw 2 pick 6’s that game.

That was a classic Tiger Stadium game trying to will an LSU team that had no business winning
Kinda similar to the 2024 LSU-Ole Miss(except we won) game that I'm pretty sure is why Kiffin took this job

Less scoring, but I was thinking of the 2016 game when the crowd and Dwayne Thomas almost willed us to a win in a game we had no business being in.

Interestingly, Alabama was favored by 3.5 points in that game. We're favored by 3 today.

Thank God we beat Saban that first year at Bama. That was a hell of a game and an incredible atmosphere. That run of regular season games that LSU and Bama had from 2007 - 2012 was as good as it gets.

It’s a damn shame Miles couldn’t find anybody better to quarterback the team than Jarrett Lee and some of the other people he came up with over the course of the last five years of his career at LSU. Almost single-handedly, the reason we lost to Alabama all those years.

I got a 9 month ban on TD after that game for suggesting the defense (which played great) have a blanket party for Lee.
