They will be sorely mistaken if they expect him to be the savior

Well they are also projected to land so far the top edge in the portal from Nebraska.

Good, we get to keep up with his production.

Kiffin will still look at the analytics and go for it on his side of the field, or go for 2 in the 1st half, costing his team games.

The runts will be less talented next year no matter how they fare in the portal. Replacing that much production across the board is damn near impossible.

What the hell is Ole Miss doing to destroy the transfer portal every year that LSU apparently can’t do? Is it just money?

That dude ain’t the top edge rusher. Only reason he’s going to Ole Miss is because his brother transferred from Nebraska to Ole Miss last year.

13 tackles 0.5 sacks as a sophomore in the big ten.
As a freshman 22 tackles 1 sack.

I’m concerned that mississsipi knows how to strike at opportunities and Brian keeps learning in the job.
It was said In this linkthey we had not chance with Kutas and Oatis because they were all Mississippi from the jump. Here is Womack from Maryland going there and all the guys laughing that he will be a non contributor will be checking his stats every week.

Womack is very talented but immature
Let’s hope he matures with age (but after he leaves Ole Miss)

It probably just comes down to who is willing to tamper and who isn't.

Lane calculates the risk and I assume he’s not going to get popped for it.

May he be as impactful as the last 5 star they took off our roster

He won't. There won't be a real crackdown on it until something egregious is made public. Until then, everyone will grit their teeth and just go by the mantra that if a kid is willing to be one foot out the door and negotiate with another team during the season, they're better off somewhere else anyway.

Hope you're right Wichita, but somehow I think Womack turns the corner soon

The real question is how sustainable is it for Ole Miss to field a time primarily composed of upperclassmen transfers year after year. Their recruiting classes are typically a handful of decent players complemented by mostly transfers. It worked out somewhat this year but does this model work?
