well thats sorta what i meant. why hasnt LSU gotten the fax then should have been my question.

There was a typo on LOI that needed to be corrected & redone hence the delay per Ott show.

If the typo was on LSU's part (not impossible with a Maquedius 
) the letter would have to be re-printed and faxed to the kid again.
