They need to do something with the lobby of the Football operations center. It looks like shite. The trophy room is dated and looks old. Also the sign above the Trophy room has holes in it and it's faded. I know that doesn't mean much i the scheme of things but the little details matter. I remember Skip saying he knew if he could win a road series by how the opposing teams stadium looked. If the backstop nets had holes and they had trash laying around it was a win. Same thing applies here.

No. No it hasn’t. In no way have they been a top performing offensive team. Im sorry but you are just demonstrably wrong here. They have won by their defense. Their offense has sputtered like an old Chevette when facing any kind of decent defense. But your lack of knowledge about football is noted. Keep in mind. Les miles won a championship and almost a 2nd one and no one would ever claim that any of his offenses were “dominating”. But you keep telling yourself the lie that Kirby Shart is a good “coach” all you want if it makes you feel better. Ed Orgeron our coached him twice. That’s all you need to know about Kirby Shart. He can consistently win the “I Look Like A Typical Bull Dyke” contest and that’s about all you can say for him.

You proved how much of a delusional moron you are with this post.

Also, our 2007 offense was pretty good.

2011 was serviceable, especially when Jarret Lee was at quarterback. Only teams that gave us trouble were UGA and Bama, and we eventually blew out UGA and scored around 40 points.

Keep outperforming them offensively by the long shot we’ve been outperforming them (because their offense has been a joke under Kirby Shart) and get better than we’ve been lately on defense and we would kick their arse 95% of the time.

In 2019 we beat them, O took his foot off the gas, much like he did with Ok the next game and against Clemson in the NC. After we beat uga, I told the people there, they were getting a new OC, they did, Todd Monken. Todd was there for 3 years, Kirby got good use of him. Todd moved back into the NFL.
Certain coaches need very good coordinator’s, Kirby’s one. Kirby missed this season, we’ll see what he does from here on out.

Kirby was recruiting at an elite level before UGA ever won a natty with him at the helm, just saying

Georgia's 2023 Offensive Stats Nationally:

Scoring Offense - 5th Nationally
Offensive 3rd Down Conversions - 1st Nationally
Team Passing Efficiency - 5th Nationally
Total Offense Yards Per Game - 5th Nationally
Stuff like this doesn't work when discussing UGA's offense. Sure efficacy is a great statistic on offense as a whole, but let's break down their offense a bit by the games.

They scored 24 at home vs South Carolina
They scored 27 on the road vs Auburn
They scored 30 at home vs Mizzou
They scored 24 in the championship game vs Bama

UGA put up 63 points vs essentially FSU's JV squad. If anybody pays attention to FSU, almost their entire starting unit was transfers. The rest of the two deep were guys who had stayed 4+ years. The vast majority of the starting unit and a chunk of the 2nd string didn't play vs UGA. Stuff like that is going to boost your numbers up way higher.

It's like people getting mad at Dan Mullen and Kyle Trask for getting blown out by a great Oklahoma team in 2020. Their top 4 pass catchers opted out. The passing game was their offense. They were averaging around 400 passing yards per game in the regular season that year. They essentially lost their offense before playing Oklahoma.

With all that said, UGA beat the breaks off of two of the 3 ranked teams they played in the regular season. They are still at the top of the hill, and we still have a ways to go to reach them. I believe LSU will prove this year that they have without a doubt, Offensive prowess over them. We don't need the same exact recruiting numbers as them. As long as we have a top 5 level and have great coaches to teach those guys, we can compete with UGA on a yearly basis.

They’ve gone through a very recent facility facelift but wasn’t the case two years ago

I was talking about his time at LSU.

Also, Saban recruited multiple #1 classes at Bama before winning that natty, so it supports my point anyway.

You’re cherry-picking really specific stats to support your argument and it’s not working.

You have to look at the whole picture to get an idea of what’s going on. Not just a narrow view with the really specific information that you reached for.

Kirby has won games the same way Saban did, all those years.

Superior talent& depth

It’s not rocket science, great players make coaches look good.

LOL at the dumb-shite that down voted this. You probably think all of those kids went to Alabama because of Saban’s sunny disposition. Get fricked.

First downvote for this post.

Saban and Kirby knew how to recruit before they were winning big. That’s how they eventually became winners. The question is how have they done this? Saban did it at LSU after all of our horrible seasons in the 90’s.

With the transfer portal being the way it is now, you’ll see more of a focus on Ga and the southeast in hopes that they are more likely to stay home.

They didn’t even have an indoor facility until recently. I doubt facilities is the issue.

I would think our natural recruiting footprint (all of LA and into TX as far as Houston) is comparable to UGA's. After winning consecutive natty's and dethroning Saban, UGA became a national brand (even more so than before).

However, as the UGA poster notes above, in the NIL era they will likely prioritize homegrown recruits more. And IMO, so should we for the same reason.

After the '19 season and the '20 Covid season, our stories diverge. We, under moon-head Orgeron, went one way and they another. Now, CBK is reaching altitude. We have a staff of top-shelf recruiters recruiting top-shelf talent.
