LSU was recruiting at a high level before anybody knew if Brady was going to be any good. So I think we'll be fine.

Too early to tell. If we go 8-4 next year because the offense sputters then yes other coaches will pounce and have evidence we were a one hit wonder. If we compete for or get into the playoff then Brady leaving will obviously not be an issue.

I'll just leave this here...

They aren't happy about it. But that's to be expected.

More attrition from position coaches could come soon

Yeah I don't think anyone has ever asked recruits about a coach leaving and the recruits were happy
After the stung wears off they will be fine

How many of the recruits that signed will leave via the xfer portal? I have to think there’s going to be a few at first opportunity

No one that has sent in their LOI is leaving. You people are just want to be miserable. Every team worth a damn loses their coaches now it’s time for O to go find someone else! Enjoy the success for a week at least before everyone goes bat shite crazy again!

Thank you. These people are pathetic. Enjoy being National Champs for 8 hours before crying about what might happen. No LOI signee is leaving bc they won't want to. Also I think these fanatics read too deep into the transfer rule and sitting out. They began this so a class isn't stuck when the head coach splits after signing day. This isn't for every administrator, coach, manager, teacher, etc. Its for the HC.

Spot on.

It's clear why the term Rantards is used.

Let’s go get Joe Morehead, Why not? Every other program is grabbing ex HC’s. This could be at least a good Boyce back for him or it could be a great spot for him to stay.

I actually think e and munoz are going to be alright.

I don't know if munoz is as good as a wr coach and Brady but unknown he's good with qbs.
If he isn't I'd like to bring in another wr coach and lose Mickey
Brady made a huge difference with the 10000 catches and they way he pushed guys to be better

And just because we lost a passing game coordinator doesnt mean we CAN'T win another natty. Like there is only one person on the planet that can coach?

in three full seasons and in spite of being ridiculed left and right, Ed Orgeron won the NC. I think he will probably be OK

Classic LSU fan disaster syndrome. If you install a great system and plug great coaches into it, you can keep it going as guys come and go. Bama is on their third OC since going to a tempo spread and still clicking. Why? A great team of analysts and position coaches who all know it. When each new OC comes in, they bring their own bits and pieces, but Bama isn’t completely changing offenses. They are running their spin on the same system.

Orgeron has patterned what he’s doing after other successful coaches. I am betting that he’s looking to establish the system we saw this year as what we will continue to play going forward. Now he has to prove he can make the 2nd hires necessary to keep it going.

According to the recruiting calendar from google the dead period ends tomorrow. LSU should go ahead and name Brady's replacement so they can contact recruits themselves.

Les Miles has lost control of this football team!

I trust O to make the right choices to keep the machine going. Everyone else should, too.
