looked like the second sack he was lined up at DE and criss crossed with the DT and he came inside untouched and dropped Browne. He and White looked really good.

Agree, except he split two blockers with his hands and his speed.

Yes

[quote]Overall, I think the LSU recruits did well in this game and yesterday. Excited about this class.

Boutte was solid. Smith was the beneficiary of a pick play by No6, but he caught the ball.

SC's commits played well today. We really need Vanderdoes back on board though. INSIDERS tell me he's a sure fire Trojan but y'all know how secure that is. For LSU I thought Herron looked great but Reddig looked rusty. What have y'all heard about your chances with Priest Willis? I'd much rather y'all got him than ucla.

Vanderdoes was a monster.

He's stated in interviews that he loved his LSU visit so much, that it forced him to rethink his decision (he was set to announce at the UA game, but this was before he went to BR), and that he was sad to leave Baton Rouge. The only thing holding him back from pulling the trigger is distance.

Longer he waits, worse it is for LSU. That initial "wow" of being here will wear off. I think he's going to stay at UCLA because distance appears to be his problem.

It'll be a fight until NSD but from everything I'm hearing we are in very good shape for Vanderdoes. I think he wants to see who we hire as D-coordinator before he considers recommitting. Word is Haden and Kiffin are set to meet with Narduzzi from MSU this weekend.

His main choices are between LSU and Florida St. Distance isn't that big of a factor

If you're referring to Willis, it's between LSU and UCLA, so I would think that distance is one of the main factors he's weighing between these schools and his Arizona home.

I'm watching the re-airing on NBC Sports Network via DirecTV ch. 220. Just catching the 2nd half. Any notable air time of our commits worth staying up to watch?

It re-airs Tuesday at 6:30pm on the same channel.
