And do you know how many teams make up the euro league

I just don't think Days is good enough to play in the Euro league. He doesn't have a true position. Not athletic enough to play 3 and not big enough to play down low. I could see him playing in the smaller Euro leagues for a few years

His house burned down and then he lost his job? Dang it's been a rough year for the man.

Days doesn’t have the skills to be in the NBA? Y’all do realize there are guys in the league who play 10 minutes a game off the bench and they only shoot 3s and get rebounds? Perfect example is JaMychal Green for the Nuggets. He’s 6’8 225lb and averages 8 points and 4 rebounds while shooting about 38% from 3. He’s also listed as a PF/C. Days is easily a high energy floor stretcher who can get hot. I see G-League in his future and the possibility of making a NBA roster as a role player.
Semi Ojeleye 6’6 240 - Celtics
Grant Williams 6’6 236 - Celtics
Jeff Green 6’8 235 - Nets
Mike Scott 6’7 230 - Sixers
Anthony Tolliver 6’8 230 - Sixers
Eric Paschall 6’6 240 - Warriors
Patrick Patterson 6’7 240 - Clippers
Jae Crowder 6’6 235 - Suns
Larry Nance Jr. 6’7 240 - Cavs
PJ Tucker 6’5 240 - Bucks
Dorian Finney Smith 6’7 220 - Mavs
James Johnson 6’7 240 - Pelicans
PJ Washington 6’7 230 - Hornets
Rui Hachimura 6’8 230 - Wizards
Paul Millsap 6’7 245 - Nuggets
Robert Covington 6’7 210 - Blazers
Royce O’Neal 6’4 225 - Jazz
Jarrell Brantley 6’5 250 - Jazz
All of these players are listed as power forwards in the league. Some are more skilled than Days and some are more athletic. But, they all are undersized for the position but can play in space and knock down the 3 ball at a 35% + clip. Darius Days at 6’6 235lb will do just fine. He shot over 50% this past season with 40% from 3pt range while averaging 7.8 rebounds against guys that were at least 3 inches taller than him and outweighed him by 15+ pounds.

You think Anthony Tolliver is more athletic than Days?

I mean he’s old AF now but at one point yea. He’s also a legit 6’8”.

Most of those guys are very good defenders, I don’t think Days is that.
Posted on 5/20/21 at 9:23 pm to TheWalrus
Yeah I don't think Days has the elite athletically ability to guard in the NBA.

JaMychal green would run circles around days athletically.

He struggles to defend without fouling in the SEC.

I like Days, but I've been blasted on TD for saying that I don't think he's very good/consistent. I hope he comes back and proves me wrong.

Days should come back, switch sports, and play Tight End.
He has the body for it, he is physical, and we need a TE.

That is a pretty bad take. He has been been a good player for 2 straight seasons and was very serviceable as a freshman

You got blasted because this season proved that opinion wrong. Did the guy have some off games? Sure. Every player does. But this season he averaged 12 pts and 8 rebounds on 52% shooting (40% from three and 66% inside the arc). Over the course of two seasons he's been the highest rated offensive player in the league. The only reason his raw numbers weren't better this year is because he didn't get more shots with three other guys taking a ton in their own right. He had the second highest win share on the team and was in the top 10 in the SEC in that category. And he did it despite the fact he easily had the lowest usage rate of any of the "big 4". The point is NO player on LSU's team maximized their minutes/opportunities more than Days this year. That includes Thomas
Was/is he a great defender? No. But he was no worse than the other members of the "big four". In fact, only Watford ranked SLIGHTLY better than Days for a team/program that overall barely gives a shite (if any) about playing defense.

You can have manu. I’ll take Doncic.

No doubt Luca is better but it takes more than 3 season to be considered the goat. Luca is a top 5 nba player today. If every nba player was in a franchise draft I may would pick Luca #1
