The momentum being built for the ‘24 class just further cements to me that a lot of these guys in state that are leaving this cycle long ago had their minds made up to leave the state and this cycle will be the outlier more than the norm in Louisiana. I feel more and more confident as time goes on in this staffs ability to build relationships and I suspect it’ll continue paying dividends moving forward.

The 2024 DB board will be crazy. They have at least 4 in-state guys they are after and 4 guys in Texas, and Desmond Ricks.

Best player out of Many ain’t even Tackett. Singleton, and Treydez Green are must gets in state for 2024.

Two great players. Totally different types. Tackett is much stronger and off charts physical. Tylen off charts agility and speed. They workout together every day. Push each other.

So the guys coach says he is the best lb in country? Do you expect him to say he’s the 26th best lb in the country? No knock on the player. I wish we had him and I don’t get mad when a player chooses to leave the state.

I have nothing against Curtis. Wish him well. But, what do you expect a coach that's recruiting a highly ranked prospect to say?
He may be that good, but what a coach recruiting a kid says should not be taken as gospel.

Shreveport to DFW 35 minute flight.
1 hour layover at DFW
DFW-LAX 3 hour flight.
Rental Car Center
LAX to Coluseum area or Compton Hotels at best 45 minutes pending LA miserable traffic.
Hotel check in.
Game day hope it goes well.
Wake up on Sunday and repeat in reverse to get back to Many.
Good luck, if Tackett like Coach House and trusts can be developed Baton Rouge is a much better option for family to watch him play.
