That's not to say Stewart is committing early, and he's the one I'm most afraid of losing.

Bama is already on him heavy, and he will be recruited by every school in the country, as will they all.

charismatic leaders on both sides of the ball in Underwood

Speaking of which: Colin Hurley was a very vocal and energetic recruiter for the 2024 class on Twitter, visiting every time there were big time recruits on campus, etc.
He seems to have become quiet for awhile. I know that he will be a part of this class, but it just seems strange so close to early signing day.
Just me?

If LSU can get Underwood’s early commitment and can keep him to the end, I have no doubt that the offensive side of the ball will take care of itself.

It’s the defensive recruiting that will be the one to watch.

That’s where I’m most concerned. Hopefully we don’t get finessed by Keylan Moses. Lots of good defensive recruits in LA for 2025. The staff better pull this off.

If Moses saw his brother spurn LSU and flame out, on top of the absolute steaming pile of shite out in Gainesville, and still chooses to spurn LSU, then he gets what he deserves

26’ #1 recruit and he’s in Louisiana.
26 has 3 5 stars in the top 10

keep getting all these offensive weapons but man how about some elite players on the defensive side of the ball especially Dline and corner.

Oh you can be sure that the moment he commits to LSU he will all of a sudden no longer be the number 1 QB for the class.

My bad, Stewart is 26. He will be a 5 star Dlinemen tho, and the battle for him will be fierce.

Oh, we kicked it. In 2017. We just didn’t realize we had kicked it until 2019 happened.
That 2017 class was rated #7 by the services, but I bet a re-rate would have it #1. Almost half of our three stars played in the league.
