Poor creepy Bama fans. Trying to justify a school they didn't go to to a 17 year old kid.

That's great! That means those Bama fans are worried; it also means Cam is proud of LSU.

So Cam only commented on LSU draft pics and not Bamas? (I don't have twitter, otherwise I would check)

If, so sounds good to me.

Lavar Edwards was maybe the best thing about the draft from a recruiting standpoint. You don't even have to be a starter on our defense to go in the 5th round and get paid.

Wow. Those Bama fans are so lame. I've never seen fans so insecure.

"Look at me! Look at me! Don't forget me! "

You would think with 14 national championships they wouldn't mind a teenager complimenting another team in his home state in a micro-blog... But nope! Gotta show him the Bama perspective.. 24/7/365.

Who the hell would ever want those people on their arse like that?

Not entirely sure.. I don't follow recruits on Twitter, only recruiting sources. That was just retweeted, or "quoted" for the non-twitter users out there, by Hunt Balmer of BBI, whom I do follow.

FWIW, Faulk probably would have been a 1st rounder before his injury, which would have given LSU 10 including an OL.

It's cool that he mentioned LSU and not Bama. Also, it seemed to me that LSU got a lot more hype overall about their 9 than Bama did about theirs, which was a first. Bama got a bump with 3 in a row, but after that I only really heard them talking about Ingram sliding into the second round and not being the top RB drafted.

I wish it was '' Ingram '' sliding and not Lacy. Lacy will have more success than that '' straight ahead, no agility '' rb for the Saints.

not only 9 drafted, but 6 in the top 3 rounds and all of them on defense. IMO none of them are bust potential and all should have solid careers.

Reid learns to read coverages better and he's a lock for pro bowl

Monti drops about 15lbs and he should be back to his frshman year form where he was just raping people

Minter is a solid coverage guy and a monster in run support

Mathieu will be put in a position where he can attack the ball

Mingo is a freak who will be a constant pro bowler at OLB or DE once he gains weight

Logan will be a solid space eater and should have a productive career

I say it's a mixed bag.

Some will be turned off by him not sounding extremely intelligent like other college coaches. Let's face it, he simply doesn't do well in these type environments.

Either way you look at it, putting an O-lineman in the NFL is easier than any other position. Almost every offensive lineman drafted are 4star or higher guys coming out of high school. You cant teach size+ athleticism.

I know they pick the good ones high like that because they are sure things, they know what they have and can at least build an OL which is important!!! You take the good ones early or miss out so they take em. Faulk def should of stayed another year, but damn someone should of taken a shot at him??

Oh and I just don't see how a top recruit from LA could go to bama they are such annoying people and so what if they were drafted higher? Half of them were five star guys, LSU puts the 3 star guys in the NFL and if your a five star that plays to your potential your a sure shot in the first round! Hell if your a 3 star and play well at LSU your a first or at worst high second rounder. So Cam come on home buddy come have some fun get ya degree and avoid those spit talking people bra!! And you won't have to be yelled at constantly to get your full potential out of you, just work hard! Geaux Tigers!!!! Lets start our dynasty with you Cam!!

He couldn't keep up with Mayock & Davis. Sorry, it's the truth.

No shite. They're professional broadcasters and he's a coach that's used to using curse words for every other word out of his mouth.

Yes, I figured this response was coming, and it's valid to an extent. Mayock and Davis are both really good at what they do, and they are studying all these players throughout the years.

But, Miles just didn't fit at the table, on any level. Even when breaking down & discussing LSU players, Mayock and Davis were much more insightful and interesting.
