What order would you rank the players in their production so far? Im thinking Lsu got the better end of the stick

1 for 5 would have been a good day.

LF- Will be the greatest player to ever wear purple and gold. Also will be the greatest running back to ever play in the SEC.
Jamal Adams- Top 5 safety in the nation. Future AA and 1st rounder.
Speedy Noil/Tony Brown- Both showed great potential their freshman year, both have been shown to be pretenders and have been surpassed by true freshman.
Gerald Willis- Thug piece of trash. Had more quarterback hits off the field than on it.

Solid source just told me that LSU is still confident they land all five prospects. #LetsRide #5for5

I think the case for Adams may be a bit over stated at this point.

Not really. I think our secondary play has been really poor as a whole and hangs a cloud over how he's been playing. Or has prevented him from doing a whole lot.

I think we definitely got the best two of those five, more can be stated on missing Cam Rob and Kenny Young that year. But hey, you can't win them all.

Not part of 5 for 5. Cam already announced for Bama and Kenny Young was a signing day announcement.

Curious, how often have you noticed Jamal Adams getting thrown on? DB is one of those positions where not being seen is pretty much always a good thing. The exception being blown coverages. Jamal Adams isn't living up to the "hype" because people were hyping him as the next Honey Badger.

I'm aware. I'm saying those two guys were bigger misses THAT YEAR than the 3 we missed at "5 for 5"

The epic melt was real that day

Man, I remember that night. I was still working and couldn't watch, so I was refreshing the hell out of this board on my phone. For a while I, and I'm sure others, had in the back of their minds that all 5 had gotten together to embarrass LSU that night. When Adams announced it was a breath of fresh air, and then everyone held their breath when Fournette announced.
That said, we got the best two by far. Both will be first rounders, with Fournette rewriting the record books.
I don't see Tony Brown ever cracking the starting lineup in Bama, and Noil is struggling. Willis is just a thug and I'm thankful we didn't get him.
