Anyone have the inside track on whether he’ll be a tiger or not? I mean with our lack of depth at corner it’s almost a no brainer if I was the kid

On Off the Bench this morning they said he’s already informed all coaches. I’m assuming they meant LSU, Texas, and Florida. I’m surprised nothing has leaked at this point.

There seems too be the least amount of drama or mystery involved for a top ranked prospect that I can recall. Especially among tiger fans for a kid we are in the running for. Hope it plays out the way everyone is expecting

Fournette was relatively drama free as well. People got more worried after the earlier announcements where we lost players, but we were always on top.

Probably bc Bama isn’t involved. Had LSU gotten Surtain, Stingley’s recruitment could be different.
We won’t have him this year, but Stingley is better than Surtain.

100%, and I don't mean it as sour grapes. Surtain will be a great college player and play on Sundays in a few years, but Stingley is the best DB prospect I've seen come out since Patrick Peterson.

Easy choice to be #7 as soon as he steps foot on campus. If he stays healthy, will be one of, if not the best DB to come out of DBU. His measurements, maturity and work ethic is off the charts for his age.

I’m sure it’s out of respect and to let the kid have his moment. He deserve it for the work he’s put in thus far. And as much as the coaches who were told no don’t like it, they know this is his moment for years of hard work he’s put in his development as an athlete. For the amount of dirty recruiting that goes on is it’s good to see some class by different staffs.
