You’re just a troll looking for attention.
This kid was leaving the state of Ga and heading to the west coast. A push from CCR and LSU seems to have put LSU in position for a commit. This isn’t a signing day fall back option. He’s obviously a priority for the staff.

He is one of corey raymond's top 3 corners
Mckinstry and jason being the others
I dont give a shite if georgia doesnt want him. Did you watch his film
Georgia doesnt produce good corners anyway

So he went from the west coast to Georgia and then back to the west coast? Just curious as I actually don't know much about him.

How many downvotes does it take for you to realize that your opinion on this subject sucks, now take it like a 0 star poster and move in!

You should never have a logical point that could be taken negatively about a prospect LSU is recruiting. That would be just terrible. Only pump the sun. Got it

You have a “logical” point, in that you can make some argument that isnt complete bull, its just not right?? Wiggins is a top corner take for almost every team and every class. Of course other teams will say they prefer other targets, but a top 10 consensus player at their position that is a well rounded athlete is a top take for almost all teams

Or just don’t show up in every thread trying to devalue a kid who is leaning to or committed to LSU.
After a while, people start to think you’re a troll.
Hopefully soon we can start landing elite players so we can maybe go 15-0 and win a natty. That’d be awesome

I’m not sure what you don’t like about Wiggins. What part of his film tells you he’s not a take? You think Corey Raymond and O would have this much interest in a kid in the secondary if he couldn’t play? A kid doesn’t have to have 50 offers to be considered top shelf. Trust the staff.

I never once devalued the actual kid and even acknowledged his tools.
I was simply skeptical of his recruitment considering we are DBU coming off a national title without the summer camp circuit. Recruiting this particular cycle may be the most fascinating for a number of reasons.
So don't think I was ever saying Wiggins isn't worthy. That is not the case. For all who follow recruiting, you read between the lines at times and look for the indicators to gauge a prospect and his recruitment. It's far from an exact science as we don't really know what goes on behind the scenes.
When we target a 3-star player that Bama legit wants - like Xavier Hill - then that's unquestionably a strong sign regardless of his star rating. On the flip side, we see highly rated 4-stars all the time who clearly are overrated when you look at their offers etc. So I'm far from a star gazer, I just happen to think Wiggins recruitment is interesting especially if he's the lone CB we end up taking this class. No way do I think he's an average prospect, he can clearly play.

And none of us know how he will turn out. Everyone thought the running back that FSU got was going to be much better than CHE. He waa rated so much higher, how'd that work out?

In fairness to Cam Akers, Jimbo sold him on the false premise of being in a great offense while LSU was stuck in the mud. Jimbo rode Jameis and Dalvin Cook in the weak ACC and still struggled to win 9-10 games. Cam and Big Marvin had the wool pulled over their eyes.

You can definitely find an example to fit any argument when it comes to recruiting hits and misses.
In this case I’m not trying to predict how good a kid will be. It’s more about the process. His is interesting

So you’re not a star gazer, you just see who has offers from the schools that historically produce the best players at that position? Then the offer from DBU should clue you into the talent the kid has. It’s not like Corey has a long long history of converting 3 & 4 stars into first round picks.
You embarrass that name

So what am I missing here? He has offers from schools like:
Florida
Bama
Auburn
USC
Oregon
Texas
and Clemson
If Wiggins chooses LSU we likely got a quality player. That's all that matters.

I wonder why Jowja isn't all over this kid. A top tier cornerback in their back yard.

Is it possible that he let their staff know he wasn’t interested early on? Maybe he just wants to leave state??
Crazy, I know.
