The Camels.
He's got to be one of the biggest and costliest busts of the past few years given how paper-thin we've been at linebacker the past couple of years.
In other portal news, Lanell Carr, that edge rusher from West Virginia we were talking about in the other thread is apparently going to Indiana. So never mind on him.

He had an injury his JR year that ruined his burst. Kid was the real deal prior to it. We took a flier he'd fully recover, he didn't.

Oh, man. Clifton Garrett.
That kid's high school film was so freakin' good I couldn't believe it. I was POSITIVE he was going to be another Bradie James. Then he got here and it was like they sent an impostor down here to us.

was a top 10 LB nationally. LSU’s biggest busts have been at that position minus QB recent years

Orgeron specialty right here on recruiting whiff evaluation among many others the past several recruiting classes. Got 2 S that were top 100 players that couldn't even sniff the field in a huge need position too. 1 of which can't even find a position on the field to play and is in the portal right now. Dude could not evaluate talent for shite. It's almost like he looked at 247 rankings and offered players. JKing of course but

I thought he was just a rumor! You know the ones - "Sampah is the one who rides to practice on a Unicorn".

I thought the same, Webb looked extremely explosive on his highlight tapes (Saban was high on him too from what I remember so dont feel too bad), I also was high on white. Sampah looked a little too slow.

The exact reason why I’m all for taking chances on a 3 star Nola kid from Easton, Karr, St Aug, Destrahan, etc over some top high school kid from DC, Tennessee or Maryland.…
Stick to the boot, Texas, Mississippi, Florida and Georgia high school kids.
Now the portal is a little different. If you can ball in college, I don’t care what state you’re from.

I was laughing at CU fans when they was mad Deion want take 3 stars from Colorado but got 3 star from Texas. The competition levels just different levels better to gage player.
