I said top players. Not fringe players.

Ole miss and State routinely beat out LSU and Bama for top Mississippi kids despite not being able to promise a Winning program

No insider but off season staff turnover, turmoil and what appeared to be an extended victory lap. A steep learning curve on handling success????

This hurts so much more than Brian Thomas Jr.

This is a gut punch, if true

Some kids just want to go away,

People understand this when they hit adulthood

It’s amazing when a recruit says they want to “do their own thing” it always translates to jumping on Nick Saban’s dick and being a Bama groupie

I guess I thought having Faulk on staff would be the ultimate trump card for us. The excuse about us looking bad on defense doesn’t hold water because bama hasn’t been exactly great either.

All I have to say is that if LSU losses out on an in state DB, LSU legacy, who’s family member is on staff, who lives less than an hour away from campus, at a massive position of need, guaranteed early playing time, after Grant Delpit just won the Jim Thorpe, Derek Stingley was a 1st team consensus all american as a true freshman, and LSU just set a record for players drafted after winning a national championship. Then something is going terribly terribly wrong. This kind of kid is supposed to be a lock.

He just has that Patrick surtain bama feel

Almost like lsu isn't good enough for them.
Sustain couldve cane here and got drafted in the same exact spot.

I think it's just the perception some of these kids have
Bama is just 1st class and lsu isn't, in their eyes

What an absolute whiff on the coaching staff if this is true. Even more embarrassing that it’s Kevin's cousin. Sage Ryan would start in the secondary today for LSU. CEO and company need to get there stuff together. Writing looks like it’s on the wall for Thomas and now Ryan? I’m speechless. I’m already starting to melt hahhaaaaa!!!

No matter how much of a lock we think someone is, they are NEVER a lock.

This feels almost as bad as 5 for 5 because of the need at safety.

5 for 5 was really rough, but at the end we got the best RB prospect ever.

Here LSU comes off a natty and whiffs on its biggest targets. Imagine if Maason and Korey go to Georgia.

This fields like ones of those terrible Jerry Dinardo/Curly Hallmark hang overs.
