Wheaton and Goodwin have gotten some mention around here so I’m assuming those two are still being pursued. Hargrove and the RB from Rummel are good players and both could play here.

All of what you said is covered in things like vision and make-miss ability. My question is what does "feet" mean when being evaluated on a 1-10 scale when we already have all those other categories.

The way I see it make-miss ability and feet are the same thing there.

Feet has to do with catching also
Feet has to do with how you take hits

Does LSU have him on their board as the best back in Louisiana for this class ? I seen some interest in Diggs too from Rummel .

They have pass catching category

They have a power category

I mean this is my point, it just seems completely redundant and a generalization for a bunch of other categories they already put in there to evaluate.

Seems eprfect for our new offense, good pass catching, burst, and shiftiness. Honestly seems like a taller/leaner Clyde in a way, with more speed.

I was referring to relative talent rather that type or style. LSU already has a back like CEH committed and several others higher on the board.

Been seeing a big run on bigger faster Clydes lately almost to the level of bigger faster Josh Reeds and Tyran Mathieus that flooded recruiting after their careers.

1 and 1A for the most part. Really were planning on senior evals, but if they had to do it now I'd probably say Diggs by a nose. Wheaton and Goodwin are their top 2 right now though

We better be getting one of those RB's we're looking at if we're going to pass on in-state guys if they are ready to commit. Seems like there's nothing that says Wheaton is coming here yet.

Barton is the Rex Ryan of recruiting

I dk what that means but barton is actually pretty great. Highly recommend cover 3 and barton & bud to anyone who is looking to add to their podcast rotation. It’s legitimately mind-blowing how much info he can pull right off the top of his head on damn near every player/team in college football (not to mention recruiting). Also he has some hilarious stories from his own playing days

Like I said the other day, Faulk got Kiner. Anything beyond that is gravy to him. They feel they can swing for the big dogs to try to land a huge RB class or play wait and see with these other guys.

LJ isn't off the board entirely, but I don't think we'll get him. Just my opinion though. They are still in contact for sure

So do you think we could potentially take only 1 RB again this year? Just my opinion, but that seems risky when we only took one last year. I would hope if they can’t get the kid away from Auburn or one of the Texas guys, that they quickly move on Hargrove or the Rummel RB. I’d hate to slow play in-state guys to have them go elsewhere and we only take 1 RB in the class.

TA put out an interview with LJ and he said he talks to Texas, Auburn and LSU the most.

When I see 'feet' for a RB trait, I immediately think of Akvin Kamara.

His 'feet' are his best trait, it's what he's constantly wotking on. This would be his balance, agility and acceleration. Atleast that's what I would assume.
