Thats the word from the Ole Miss faithful
They know more about an LSU recruit than LSU does?

He is from Oxford, MS...so they're pretty ruined he chose us over them. I'm sure they'd jump at anything that means he isn't coming here or will do bad, etc...

That all being said how bad is it he made such a big hoopla the day he committed only to now maybe not even make it to college. I swear Mississippi's education system is literally the worst in North America. So many kids can't get qualified out of there every single year.

Exactly what I thought of your tired old Germans usage.

He has been here a while and even though he's a smartass, I don't think he's a troll.

as far as the other accusation??

Did you guys think we were taking two QBs just for the hell of it?

I think we are taking them to throw passes, not really sure.

Talk Radio at 5:00 this week mentioned that Liggins did not qualify on his ACT and his final grades in May. He wanted to get out-of-state and out of Miss. and had nothing against Ole Miss or Ms. State. Bama wanted him, but not as a QB. All on the radio Monday/Tuesday.

This. I'm more than sure if JL would have chosen Bama he would have qualified as well....Shoot,...If Alabama can help Eddie Lacy qualify Liggins would have been a piece of cake.

Derrick Raymond tweeted he was on his way up to LSU a few days ago.

Honestly, we don't need any more QBs with question marks related to their grades or intelligence.

Great to hear about Raymond. Now if Avery gets on campus, we'll have a very solid turnout for the class, and it looks like we can get better prospects than Liggins this year.

I think we've only had three guys who failed to pass the Clearinghouse since the 2006 recruiting class: Benton, Alonzo Lewis, and presumably Liggins

Why are you such a dick bag? Have you not followed any of the TD boards? "Germans" isn't something to get butthurt over.

In response to the topic, this potentially could be a mixed blessing. I was glad to see Liggins commit, but if he doesn't have the capability to even qualify, what are the odds he could competently command the offense?

Two months and 17 posts in, and you are tired of a term?

I vote alter 1, agree to the high school theatre student 2.

I think he just didn't commit because he was such a longshot. I'm blanking on the name right now, but I think he was from North LA.

The same thing happened with D'Montrell Wilson and Toddrick Bajoie in 2007, where they were committed to us for a while and then never signed their LOIs.

he probably would have mastered our bread & butter play , the option to the short side of the field ,within the 1st few weeks of training camp. he could have worked on the other 3 plays and hopefully them down by the 4th or 5th game.

what happened to D'haquille (sp?) Williams? After awhile, he became some legendary WR prospect on the Recruiting board but I haven't heard anything about him
