This is an important visualization. Of course we need some QBs and OL, but we're getting so many WRs because we were extremely low there as well.

Just taking my guess at the depth we truly need I counted us needing 25 more players for next year. That was going position by position saying "1 here, 3 here, etc." WR and OL are the largest overall by position group needed with 5 and 4 respectively. Following that would be QB and CB with 3

In this new system, where you don't really develop many players, -once the program gets stabilized, you won't really need more that 70- 75 guys. It's a play now-2 deep and a backup kind of roster-certain positions needing more of course. It's really going to be more and more about NOW and you don't need 90 or 105 guys now.
