They're really nice.. I always pull for tech - I'm happy that they are upgrading their facilities

They really are. They have a lot going for them and could be on the verge of something. They are starting to sign LA kids who had offers from big time programs. If going to LA Tech becomes the cool thing to do for North LA recruits then watch out C-USA.

While those facilities are nice and certainly big upgrades, they would be on the low end of any P5 conference schools. The big TV contracts the P5 schools get simply give them a huge competitive advantage in terms of dollars.
