That Man doesn't give a Rats arse about that Boy! Like he said and like all father do, I want what is best for his boy. The best for his boy was giving Miles a do this or my son goes somewhere else and you lose another number 1..

Only time will tell If the Jefferson and RR combo works out the best for LSU..

Until God Bless the ignorant..

What are you all upset about? My point was that people will be forgetting about this situation when the games start. Not flaming or calling you out.

I guess it depends if Benton lights it up. Hopefully, we won't have to worry about him being a bust. But, it's an interesting question. I haven't ever thought about him not succeeding.

I guess I just can't see him not succeeding, barring an injury.

Emmitt would probably make fast friends with Brian Butler Bryce Brown's handler.

you sure it was COMPLETELY out of context??

All of a sudden Emmitt loves D Benton and was "thinking" about his future too? What a bunch of fricking horse shite.

Did YOU even listen to the audio. It's clear Rueben was scared to compete with the guy that has been above him in the depth chart his entire life.

Negative sir negative

In the Audio, he said "if my son was afraid of competition, he would have attended OU.."... They lost all 3 WR..and have a heisman QB...Probably the best situation for RR...but he wanted LSU

at 1am...His father states, Randle came to him and said, I don't care what DB does, I am most comfortable at LSU"....Of course the did already tell Miles by then that DB was an issue

Basically DB wanted AU because he can see the field there this year..he can not do that at LSU

Everybody happy now?

Rueben's father voiced his concern and the coaching staff made an excellent choice.

No one knows that yet.

“If they were going to bring Benton in, there would be no point in him and Rueben competing for the same spot,” Randle said. “He (Benton) needs to play. Rueben can go somewhere else to play.”

If I had a son in the same position.....not sure if I wouldn't make the same decision.

He said Benton didn't want to go to LSU.

For all we know, Miles contacted Benton to see how much he really wanted to go to LSU and Benton might have spilled the beans.

frick it.

All I know is that it's going to be a thing of beauty to see JJ in the gun with Scott at his side, and having Lafell, Toliver, D. Peterson, and Randle split wide.
