let another program overpay for a wide receiver. LSU is building the trenches.

It's okay to want both.

Pretty sure he’s referring to developing receivers into NFL quality talent. Which Tenner does not do.

We know that Tenner and A&M are pushing the hardest

I dare A&M to prove why they should be able to tell a WR recruit that his career is greater because of playing at A&M.
Mike Evans?
Ok.....now compare that to LSU. Please.

I feel like everyone said the same thing with Picket and Oregon/Miami.

The few guys I’d actually believe on On3 are confident. I still have no expectations but this could be clickbait bullshite

That’s because it had/has been so long since Tennessee experienced success they’ve done forgot how to act now that they’ve had a slither of it in football and baseball the last 4 or so years.

Keys will want to play on this team the next 3 years along with Blaine Bradford. . This class is shaping up to be a #1 or 2 and a definite #1 on defense. Darius Gray will be next.

My friends in Hattiesburg say the highest bidder gets him

This is one area where we aren’t lacking anymore. We can beat out pretty much anyone but Texas, A&M and maybe Oregon in a pure money fight for a player who’s a top priority. Michigan and Underwood was likely a one-off situation. I doubt Ellison is going to keep buying players for them once he moves on to the next young girlfriend.

That said, is Keys that level of priority for our staff? With the WR’s we have lined up, I’m not sure he will be. I think the DL is the main focus right now and that’s where the most money will be spent.

Hes a helluva player and kid but number 1 in the country. Im not sold on that observation. Since he signed that 500k NIL with addidas i wouldn't be surprised if he jumped ship! I havent spoken to the kid or seen anyone from hattiesburg that knows him with any updated info. Just a gut feeling from being around the situation so far.
I have a small bet that my son has more TDs in the game that Tristan does when we play them.
Hopefully my son can hold on to his spot 7A ball and our schedule that Oakgrove in Hattiesburg, Ms has is brutal!! Gulfport,Starkville, Germantown,Neville, Hattiesburg right out the gate. We should maybe 4-2 worst case scenario after the first 5 games

If by some chance LSU holds onto Keys after the Rakim Jarret's and the DK Moore's and so forth we should all take a day to celebrate

This won’t hurt like DK because keys is not near the receiver DK is

Would stink because he is a great talent, but between the in-state talent and the transfer portal WR is one position I’m not that worried about anymore

100% this. Of course you’d always LOVE to have the number one guy at WR, but let’s be realistic about the position. It’s one of the most “talent rich” positions on the field and just exactly how much difference is it between the “number one” rated guy and the “numbers 2-10” guys?
