You know I get that people think Davis isn`t developing his players,but
why are the tigers and Davis still able to have these type of signees the
last 2 years. Something just doesn`t add up,maybe the fans don`t know
shite.
I`m of the opinion is that the Center position is the most important guy
on the OL.He`s the QB of the line.Chester unfortunately was the best they
had and that hasn`t worked out and it showed on the field.The fact that
they are close to signing the cat from VT tells you all you need to know
what the coaches are thinking.

Unless they suck at practice, I disagree. We have recruited well on the OL so we need to let our guys play. As long as we get Moore, we can move Chester to guard.
C: Moore, Echols
G: Chester, Curne, Thomas, Mbenga
T: Adams, Davis, Williams, Miller
Some mix of those 10 are your 2 deep.

What I see is that LSU desperately needs two things...a center that will not be knocked backwards into the 'pocket' and a sure open field tackling machine that hopefully doesn't get lost 20 yds from the los. 2 of those would be lagniappe.

Got to let your recruited kids play. I think we get the C from Va Tech and that's it. For all the "he's not good enough, or he's young" folk...we have to let the guys we have play. And they haven't been able to play, with the continuity that we've seen the past few years. We grab another starter out the portal we will lose what we have on our roster.
