It's true from what I can see. All the physical tools, but just as likely to throw an INT on any play as he is to throw a completion.
Again, Barkley has all the tools, but is wild out there and very inconsistent.

Downs has looked good, but I wouldn't get too excited about the D-linemen doing well or down on the O-line for not doing well. Defenses, especially on the line, have the advantage in these all-star games.
