Can anyone provide any insight in WTF we’re/Lane & Company is doing to address our OLine?
Seems like many in the portal are committing elsewhere…
TIA

We’re trying a new strategy, no OL next year

Trust the process - we have OL on roster already that can start. Build it and they will come.

We are taking Ole Miss’ line and backups am I right?

Don't bother asking legit questions. Retards say trust the process. Same retards who think Mcmahon needs 4 more years to build a tournament team.

If this isn't meant for someone in the football ops bldg. you know as much as we do.

We don’t have enough offensive line threads I’m going to start another one if yall don’t mind?

Legit questions? You think the staff is just ignoring ol? I swear this place makes me laugh.

It's an RPO and inside zone blocking scheme. Not as important to have road graders like a prostyle offense so the big highly touted guys are not as important as a back or WR they can stretch the field horizontally and vertically.

fricks sake! You people with your “offensive line wahhhhhh” bitching and moaning. It’s exhausting.
We all get it. We need to add more guys. And even if we didn’t all get it, one of you would be along shortly in literally every. Single. Thread. To remind us that we need more O-Linemen.
Lane could sign up a dozen 5 star game wreckers and the third comment in the thread would be “who’s gonna block”.

We were in the 50’s portal ranking in moved in top 10 in day - yall bitch about it and overnight it changed. How do you know he doesn’t have 2/3 locked up already and waiting on teams to finish playoffs. We get 1 of the QB’s and we might be #1 in portal.

Just sit back and R-E-L-A-X. Rome wasn’t built in a day. The portal entrance window isn’t closed and people can still sign once it does close.

We're putting all WRs on the field. Every player reports as eligible.

I talked to Lane earlier, he said for you to stop whining...

I get the concern, but play this out...you have your RT in Weston Davis (set aside for a moment whether you like him or not) and presumably your C in Braelin Moore. You also have a handful of guys that I think we all are excited about in incoming freshman Brysten Martinez + Solomon Thomas + Tyler Miller. Those 3 alone could theoretically develop this offseason and complete your line.
But I do think it's likely we'll grab a starter or two + some needed depth. I would think that if we went out and grabbed a proven LT, we should all breathe a little easier.

No actually I’d be ok with this.

Nothing new…we did not have an actual OL last year

Solomon Thomas LT Brett Bordelon RG Moore at C, need RG and Weston Davis at RT. Tyler Miller at one tackle as potential starter. We’ll be fine. Lane likes guys like Brett Bordelon.
