If he's requesting this much publicly, how much did Clemson pay him in private? He's not worth the extra players and headache IMO.

I wonder when Clemson will decide that the stakes are getting too high.

I'm sure he's got some friends on the golf team that want a D-1 scholarship too. Watch out Dabo.

To the recruiting police...
How is it not a NCAA violation when a recruit demands "favors" for signing with a particular school?
The monetary benefits of 3 or 4 scholarships should be in the upwards of over 100k!

They have pics of Clemson recruits with stacks of cash and haven't done anything to them.

But he doesnt recieve any of those benefits. Nothing illegal about him asking them to offer friends. Its dumb, but not against the rules

I guess everyone was right about his recruitment to Clemson. What are the chances he gets all these kids offers, then flips before signing day?

As a side note, I guarantee you if RN decommitted from Clemson, ANY and I mean ANY school would take him. Acting like your program is too good for the #1 recruit is absurd.

But, but, but according to that logical Bama fan, Saban found a few better prospects than the #1 prospect. Does not compute..

I know we always have the "We didn't want him anyway" tards come out after we don't get a recruit, but if this is how it will go down, then it's legitimate in this case.

No kidding. Nobody is worth 5 fricking scholarships. That's an entire offensive line you're trading for a kid that nobody even knows if they will even pan out.

This whole situation is beyond stupid. What happens if Dabo doesn't offer? Does Nkemdiche walk? If he does, what happens to the other committed teammates? No way another team does what Clemson did or will do.

Good riddance. Nick Saban didn’t want this kid anyway. He is overrated. Saban backed off on his recruiting because he found several guys who were better. If Saban and Bama had wanted Nkemdiche he would already be signed sealed and delivered to T-Town. He is just an overrated prima donna. RTR!

Exactly. With our class running out of room I know we won't waste spots on his buddies. And I know saban wouldnt either. I mean, 1 team mate is one thing 4 is absurd. I really don't want a player like that. He is basically telling his team that he is worth 5 players. As a player, especially the upper classmen, that wouldn't bode well with me.

The Clemson 247 writers did a piece for their fans saying he's worth it all. They compared it to similar stuff they did for C.J. Spiller. Didn't know but they took a teammate that was the same year as him and took Spiller's high school coach's son the next season when he transferred from Rice.

In their reader comments under the article one guy mentions that Ole Miss is the only other school willing to do Nkemdiche's deal. Another poster asked the question, "do you really want to become Ole Miss?"

When its all said and done he's not going to Clemson. if so he wouldn't be doing all this just to get his commitment, he's playing games. Kid will not sign with Clemson. WATCH

RN says he isn't really committed to Clemson yet! That is how I read it.

If LSU takes RN then that is all LSU will take, so I see it as a big plus. But I don't see it happening because before, RN had all the cards (his commitment) and now Clemson has some cards to fight back with (team mates scholarships that they could pull).

I know who Nkemdiche is but I don't know how much of what I have heard lately is true. I HATE package deals...and would NEVER EVER give one if I was a coach. There is way too much downside! Also, how mature is this for a kid to be trying to tell a team who they should be recruiting. Thanks but no thanks on that one. Been there, saw that with Parker and Garner out of Manvel, TX. Honestly, I hope LSU has scratched a line through the guy on the recruiting board. It isn't like LSU isn't already in decent shape with the DL and will clearly only get better. I think the Neal and Herron were pretty good surprises (think back 3 months ago for example and where LSU was) and now I see Crayton is coming to the LSU camp (another 4* DL).

So Nkemdiche, please take your circus to Clemson and some place east of Baton Rouge. Set up your big top some place else.
