to be fair.....Saban even then>>>>> Dabo. Dabo could possibly be unemployed if not for chad morris. I think he's an awful coach.

buuuuut Clemson is getting far more disrespect than they deserve in this thread.

Intuition always told me he would commit to Clemson; I just hope this doesn't hurt us with Gilmore.

Seriously, what the hell is Dabo doing over there with these kids?
.

Getting beat down by WVU?

I will say this though, winning a NC is obviously not a factor for him, b/c Clemson isn't even close to sniffing the NCG. Good luck to him. I hope he really wants to play there and isn't following his buddies. Clemson did well with Bowers, RN should excel there to before heading to the NFL in 3 years.

Nkemdiche is retarded for going to Clemson. Clemson is a crappy school that's never done anything noteworthy in football. They're like the ULL of South Carolina.

This is uncalled for. Quit calling kids entering their Senior year of HS retarded.

Nkemdiche did in fact contact LSU to let them know LSU was in his Top 2, but Kamara going to Clemson was probably the end game

So we finished 2nd not Bama .... hahaha if true

No pressure at Clemson. No one expects anything from them.

Sounds like he wants LSU to pursue Kamara.

This. I think this angle was so important b/c when Kamara visited LSU he was quoted as saying LSU was his #1 although he did not have an offer. I believe his offer to LSU was contingent on whether RN had committed. On the other hand, Clemson's strategy was to offer Kamara regardless of whether RN committed and it worked. I'm more than sure LSU were full at CB and he would have eventually been processed anyways but I think the wasted scholly could have netted us RN if Kamara had a straight up offer. Just my opinion.

We should be happy he's going to Clemson if he's not coming to LSU. Every other possibility was in the SEC. Sucks it wasn't us, but I don't want to face him. Good to have him out of the division. Everyone should realize as much.

Right here! Did I do something wrong? What's wrong with hoping the best player in the nation shows up on LSU's campus to play ball? More importantly, where are all of those people who said he would end up at Alabama and was a lock? Or just knew RN was headed to Clemson? I'll be the first to admit I was wrong that he didn't come here but when we're talking about teenaged kids all we're doing is hoping anyway.

Yeah why is it a problem if people thought he was coming to LSU? If someone speculates that they could land a kid that had us in the top 3, it's not farfetched or ridiculous at all. On the other hand, some people on this board of another fanbase takes their "insider" knowledge, acts like it's gospel, and chastises anyone that believes he could possibly sign anywhere else. Those people are idiots and deserve abuse.

People like I pretend to be superior on here. God forbid we think we have a chance with a player who lists is as one of his top 3. What a bunch of idiots to think LSU is a respectable school for defensive lineman.

Fwiw I still think we offer kamara and land them both.

This! If LSU decides to offer Kamara, I think LSU will definitely land both of them. That's a big if though, and at this point, I just don't see LSU doing that.

Why does that deserve a bow? We felt we had a good chance. Then he committed elsewhere. Instead of whining like young girls (reserved for instate recruits only IMO) we reverted back to being happy that if it wasn't us, we're glad one of the best defensive line recruits in the country won't be in our division or league. Not sure the problem.
