Does anyone else think Raymond is more important to the program than O?
We're spoiled with the DBU title and assume that we'll always be loaded there, but that could go downhill quick if he bolts.

Dare Rosenthal will be an OT in college. He's getting the Devin White treatment where they are telling him he can play DL during recruitment and will show him that his fastest route to playing time/best opportunity to go pro is at OT.

We are short on off line , we will lose 2 this year, don't we need about six?

Hoping that we end up moving Hines and Rosenthal to the OL. They both would add great size and depth. Also would be great if D.Campbell could ever stay healthy/out of trouble.

What the hell is Grimes doing????
Grimes is extremely overrated. I mean ridiculously overrated. Think of the fact that all his great recruit gets have been busts including 5* OTs.
In the end, he's not a good coach, and that is what will hurt LSU in the end. People really need to appreciate what Les did for this OL. It was a strength of this team most years because of him more than anything else when it came to developing players.
Now with O in charge, it is all on Grimes, and he's just not good.

Les is the one who likes recruiting guards and playing them at tackle. He is the reason this team doesn’t have the ability to pass block at all.

D. Jason will be a Tiger....

Robbing LSU just as Stud did before he came here.

I'm hoping Grimes is shown the door at the end of the season.

Agreed. That's where he needs to be IMO. He would do pretty well there IMO.

Jimmy not saying anything know one else knows, throw them all out there and LSU will win some of those battles, a long time till signing day but the class will start to take shape with the new early signing period, at least you can lock those guys up and then focus attention on filling the rest of needs of the class

My guess is we are going JUCO for a lot of these guys.
O has said as much - I don't like it, but it's a necessary evil. We need guys that aren't projects who can come in and play in 2018 and 2019. Surprisingly, the state has a decent number of natural tackles coming out in 2019, and we already have a commitment from one of them - still need 5 or 6 every year for 3 (probably 4 if we go with JUCOs) years just to get back to even.

I would also like to know what Grimes is doing. The need for more OL recruits has been emphasized for some time. Yet still hear very little info about any others showing an interest in LSU.

Would be ecstatic if we got this haul with Cook and Foster. Would like to see 1-2 more OL.

Only1 OL? Have to guess that's a no

If we finish like this where does our final recruiting ranking project? Not that it matters; just curious.

I still can't understand why Tahj Samuel isn't on this list. He has been playing a lot of LB in the last few games.. Extremely high motor guy that is all smiles off the field, but extremely violent on the field.. Arkansas has been in constant contact and so has LSU, but LSU has yet to offer him. Of course La Tech is heavy on his recruiting trail.

This. Other than the JUCO tackle we haven't heard any other names. I'm sure someone will pop up but it is concerning
Meanwhile Bama flipped the #1 center in the country from Michigan this week
