I’ve watched a lot of their games the past 2 years.

Well I’ve watched every game and he’s been a pretty good coach so far. Suspensions/injuries are (mostly) out of his control. The city has been happy with his tenure I’ll tell you that. LSU will be fine, Memphis will be good.

I'm sorry, but you have to be living under a rock if you think Vitale's tweets didn't have any affect on him. He said he was going to commit not once but TWICE and both times were going to be to us as he informed the staff that's his decision. After both times he said he was going to announce, Vitale then tweeted about sanctions on the program, and he delayed his announcement.

One time? Maybe coincidence, the SECOND time, it's not a coincidence any more. Anyone and everyone who has watched or followed college basketball knows Dick Vitale, so to pretend like he doesnt exist doesnt mean that wasn't the catalyst for the change in his recruitment. Whatever Penny and company was selling to Cisse before Dick started tweeting about us after he said he was going to announce he wasn't buying, then by seeing Dick's tweet's, probably gave some credence to what Penny and company were selling to Cisse making him think twice.

After the very first one when there wa sin fact riots going on across the country, and made sense why he said he delayed due to the protesting and riots at the time. Maybe that has some truth, maybe it didn't. Dont expect you to admit the timeline on that, but I know you'll conveniently forget to mention that was his own reason and that was going on at that time so immediately assuming the worst (Which you're great at always doing regardless of the situation and why you're so loved around these parts) isn't always the best course of action and understandably so considering how wrong you are on things like this so often.

Fact is second time around, there was no doubt Dick played a role. First time around, there was certainly doubt given his very own reason was due to something else. But congrats Lester, I know you're always looking for your big win, this can be one for you.
