The Seattle location was formerly operated by someone with a connection to the Fertel family. Believe he was an attorney from New Orleans named Querouze ( not sure of spelling). Anyone know why he relinquished the franchise?

stole everything they have from Crescent City Steakhouse. Much better IMO. Great family. Old lady Ruth worked there before moving down Broad St.

On our first trip to BR, we went to Ruth's and a guy in an obnoxious shiny Alabama jacket (the kind a baseball coach would wear on a chilly spring day), walked through the dining room to a round of hilarious, but good-natured, boos.

QUEYROUSE was a banker , he passed away a while back, don't know if his kids still own that one.
