This just gets better and better. We won't have much of a front court at all. So Morro won't be back until almost conference play. ??

Looks that way. Article said maybe end of November. Apparently, she playod on, and had the fracture before she arrived on campus.

We will of course win our two home tournament games to reach the Sweet Sixteen. Likely we don’t get any further than that.

They don't play anyone until December. They can beat NC and NC State without Morro. They'll need her for UCONN on Dec. 20th.
Other than the home game against Vandy in SEC game two, LSU really starts out with a favorable schedule. Don't face Texas and SC until later on. By that time Morro should be in full swing and the rest of the newbies should be gelling by then.
They really had 3 legitimate post players last year- Grace, Koval, and Amiya. Z is naturally a 3. Morro and Minaeva will be much better offensive contributors than Koval and Joyner were. So low post on offense will be better.
Depth-wise Mulkey only played 9 last year. With Lola down low that's what she'll play again this year. A big key to the season IMO is consistent 3-pt. shooting to take pressure off of the bigs.
The biggest key is obviously no more injuries the rest of the way. If that holds true this team could be Final Four bound. It has the clutch big-game scorers in MK and Lay. I would say Z and Jada will prove to be clutch as well.

What a negative nanny on 1st day of practice. Let's just go ahead and fire Coach Kim coz she has no idea what she is doing? Kim is the best WBB coach we have ever had.

She will be back late November first week of December
She is already doing conditioning stuff and weights
In theory they should still win every OOC game (even a difficult road game at UNC) outside of UConn but even if they take a loss or two it will be worth being more prepared for SEC play
SEC play in January outside of Vandy is pretty light. The real part of the schedule will come in February. The key though is staying healthy for sure
