LSU will need a WR1 in the portal this year

Lacy and Daniels are both out of eligibility and neither is an elite WR1 anyway.
The lack of a true elite WR is holding LSU back and I doubt Kelly wants a repeat of that.
The returning receivers are solid but not to the level of LSU in recent history.
Any idea who might come available?
Elite receivers on shitty teams? Elite G5/FCS receivers?
I doubt any incoming freshmen can carry that load.

Yeah I imagine we grab a WR 1 or 2 type player in the portal.
Anderson/Zavion/TreyDez/Hilton/Parker will be here so its not like we are completely fucjed.

Wouldn't mind us do what florida did with kyle pitts, to green. He looks much more comfortable at wr.

I have a true realistic option that could be a WR1 for us. That is Nyckolas Harbor. He is a stud, and does not get the volume he should be getting on a limited passing attack. He was close to coming to LSU and I think with some legal tampering and pondering LSU could look to land him.

I mean, what do you want people to say here? How could anyone possibly know what WRs LSU will target when
1.) They're not in the portal yet so it's pure speculation on who goes/comes
2.) Any talk of LSU even looking at a WR now on other rosters is tampering.
3.) Season is nowhere near over
I guess the best way to answer your question is going look down a list of NCAA stats and see the WRs with the best stats on what team. That's effectively what you're going to get here with no substance to the discussion. I'm sure they have a lot of bad teams with good WRs that want out.

Okay. I doubt anyone on here has heard a WR that's talking to LSU. You'd have all this coming out when the portal gets hot or it's near the end of the season. Not right now in the middle of the season like this. Bit premature to have this discussion.
