He is 2958th in Evanmiya. He has a negative offense and defensive BPM with an overall of -3.88. He’s been bad for 4 years, and he regressed last year. This signing doesn’t seem to help us.

Ok so reading more on this guy this morning, he certainly doesn't seem like a guy that will play a lot for us, at least I hope not. I am guessing this is one of the low dollar end of bench guys Wade was talking about not investing heavily in.
