I mentioned a while back that embody said we were eyeing these two. I initially thought we went kept an eye on fields if we didnt get perkins.

Fields was a 3* out of high school. It appears he redshirted at South Carolina in 2021.

First team all-state two straight years. Kid was a beast for Rummel. Was a stud on that 2019 championship team. Didn’t get more praise only because the guy next to him on the field all the time was Donovan Kaufman.

At worse he is a special teams guy if he has speed. Maybe he can develop. We aren’t finding 5 worthwhile players post spring ball. So take a flyer on an athletic lber from Louisiana

That’s a solid find. Local kid with sec experience and 4 years of eligibility. Fresh start back home playing for what was probably his dream offer out of hs?
