Expect him to commit to South Carolina alongside five-star CB Joshua Dobson. (they are high school teammates, Dobson was crystal balled to South Carolina earlier today)

I highly doubt any validity to that statement. We just happen to pull a db from a state we rarely get recruits from, who is a teammate of a high target, and it isn’t significant?

I think it’s silly to compare recruiting tactics of a brand new staff to coaching staff from the past.
Maybe they just came across him when they were looking into the high profile recruit

Agree because of so much change in recruiting. I think we have the right staff at the right time and their philosophy in recruiting

Ruffino and Nagy were talking about Jones and said there was a lot of film where Jones bailed out Dobson. He may not be the pure athlete that Dobson is plus Dobson is a CB, but apparently Jones is one the coaches think is better than his ranking and he's certainly not low as the #9 composite safety.
