They are college transfers not HS recruits, so someone please explain why they would count towards ANY recruiting class. I would assume that they would just count against the overall 85 scholly limit.

It's for season accounting purposes. It means 2017 counts as their red shirt season. Making them eligible to play 2018. Also the scholarships start 2017 as if they were part of the 2017 class.

No he didn't but his son is a freshman with 3 years left of eligibility after he sits out a year. Chances of his moving again are getting remote so he is here which will probably be a great thing as much as Canada uses TE's in the passing game so we should be fine. But watch and see if shite goes bad, Moss won't be quite about it.
