If a HS coach decides to steer kids away from the state flagship because he got his feelings hurt, that's going to blow back on him a lot worse than the flagship. He may want to keep that in mind.

I wish you were correct but it’s accepted and embraced there.

It really bothers me that there is such a misconception on here about Tackett and his uncle and coach Jess Curtis. True they were not fans of Orgeron with good reason. True that LSU is behind now. Give things a chance to work out. If LSU really wants Tackett I believe they have an excellent chance to get him. The kid lives football 24/7. He is relentless in the weight room and at practice. He's a good student and polite nice kid. Jess only wants what is best for him. I believe Kelly can sell his vision to Tackett Let's all be positive about the situation. Geaux Tigers!

If his coach reflects the same level of excitement for the kid related to lsu visiting as he does other schools that visit I’ll believe that
If he continues to post shout outs to the out of state schools while ignoring that LSU also is showing up then he can GFHS

Anything is still possible going forward.

The NIL and a chance to play in front of his family nearby will carry some weight. The fact that he will be coached up by a bonafide coach with NFL experience is called a: “Win-Win situation for all interested parties.”
Inclosing, Coach Brian Kelly’s alignment is in full-effect on building a Championship Culture at LSU.
Geaux Tigers.

quote:So because of how Orgeron(who was fired along with his entire staff) acted and handled things, people from Many Hate LSU now??? Wtf kinda shite is that??? If that is the case, how could you call folks like that real fans? Because they have season tickets?? Want a cookie?
The Many folks in here been screaming to anyone who listens that the kid is not going to LSU. Allegedly the family is season ticket holders and LSU fans but hated Orgeron for not pursuing him. They also hated the way he ran the locker room and ran team into ground. So you Orgeron lovers here are the reason Many people hate LSU now. Hope you can deal with that loss.
It all happened under a different regime, yet a whole town is going to boycott LSU because of it, even though LSU tossed that guy out on his arse?? Yeah that makes total sense. Only in Louisiana I’m telling ya smdh

If he wasn’t coming and knew where he was going he would be committed and stick to it this whole next year till early signing period. He don’t know where he for sure going or people wouldn’t still be this heavily recruiting him. This is a new staff like from the ground up no stone left unturned.I think saying he won’t consider a staff with Brian Polian,Matt House,And Brian Kelly on it is moronic with almost a year left to recruit him

Does Many get newspaper service? Someone should let them know Orgeron is gone

Bobby April from UW has been in to see him about 4 times already. Chryst visited at least once. UW is after him hard.

Well, tell the Curtises we don't like O any better than they do and we're all in agreement, so we can move on.
